MORRIE - High School Philosophy

This book is changing my life.

Hey! I got a book recommendation for you.

“Tuesdays With Morrie” by Mitch Albom.

So, this book is a nonfiction biography/philosophy book talking about Morrie Schwartz, a college professor.

Morrie taught Mitch in college; mitch ended up being his favorite student. And 16 years later, after he contracted ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease), Mitch comes and visits him.

The book is an absolutely AWESOME experience, depicting Morrie’s past, future, and present.

It takes place over the course of 3 and a half months of Mitch and Morrie meeting and discussing life every Tuesday.

Each Tuesday Morrie growing frailer and frailer, awaiting the release of death.

The lessons in this book are engaging, awesome and timeless; and I cant recommend it more to anyone.

If you can, get the book as soon as possible. If not, here’s a link to the 1999 film based on the book, which by the way is AMAZINGLY accurate!
